REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through TeddyPaw, operated by Primeloox LLC.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at teddypaaw@gmail.com within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to return your order.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be sent back in their original condition and, whenever possible, with their original packaging and included accessories.

Customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. However, if the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, TeddyPaw will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at teddypaaw@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue where appropriate.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where required by applicable law, refunds will include the original standard delivery cost. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
